(A) Any person or entity desiring to have water utility service reconnected and which account has been paid in full and which account has not been disconnected for non-payment, shall pay a $10 reconnection fee for property located within the city or a $15 reconnection fee for property located outside city limits for each utility reconnected. Any person or entity desiring to have water utility service disconnected for any period of time shall pay a $10 disconnection fee for property located within city limits, or a $15 disconnection fee for property located outside of city limits.
(B) Any person or entity desiring to have water utility service reconnected which has been disconnected for non-payment shall pay a $75 reconnection fee.
(C) Any person or entity desiring to have an established water service relocated or removed on property shall pay a $35 service charge plus materials for property located within city limits or a $50 service charge plus materials for property located outside of city limits. Any required repairs of water leaks which are deemed to have occurred as the result of the customer's action or inaction shall be charged at the same rate.
