§ 94.99  PENALTY.
   Whenever in this chapter any act is prohibited or is made or declared to be unlawful or an offense, or whenever herein the doing of an act is required or the failure to do any act is declared to be unlawful, the violation of such provision shall be an ordinance violation punishable by a fine of at least $500, not to exceed $1,000, or by imprisonment of at least 24 hours, not to exceed 60 days, or both. Any person who violates this chapter may be subject to immediate arrest. The imposition of a penalty under the provisions of this section shall not prevent the revocation of any permit issued pursuant to this chapter.
