§ 31.02 ELECTIONS.
   (A)   Pursuant to KRS 83A.050, elections for city officers shall be nonpartisan as provided in KRS 83A.170.
   (B)   This section shall be effective upon its passage, approval, and publication, and shall apply to the primary election of May 28, 2002, and the general election of November 5, 2002, and thereafter until repealed or modified by act of the General Assembly.
