Any person, owner, corporation or company violating § 92.01 or any part thereof shall be fined $100 for each violation thereof, or be required to pay the cost for the removal or termination of the nuisance, and the city shall have a lien against the property for the cost or fine. Written notice shall be given to any person, owner, corporation or company as to any violation. Each 15-day violation shall constitute a separate offense.
