§ 91.01  INSTALLATION ON PUBLIC EASEMENTS; DRIVEWAYS.
   (A)   The city may install drainpipes only on public easements.
   (B)   (1)   The property owners shall be responsible for the cost of stormwater drainpipes and these pipes shall be installed according to city specifications.
      (2)   The city shall be responsible for:
         (a)   The surveying costs necessary for the installation of the drainpipes; and
         (b)   The installation and covering of drainpipes with rock.
