(A) The following rate schedule for the purchase of natural gas is established as follows:
First 1,000 cubic feet (MCF) | $13.26 (minimum bill) |
All usage over 1,000 cubic feet | $1.326 per 100 cubic feet |
(B) Natural gas rate shall increase by an additional $0.30/MCF plus or minus the difference between $4.85/MCF (which is the year 2000 gas supply and transportation cost), and the year 2001 actual gas supply and transportation contracted purchase price.
Examples:
(1) If the year 2001 gas supply and transportation cost is $5.00/MCF, then the rate shall be $0.30/MCF plus $0.15/MCF, or a total of $0.45/MCF, making the year 2001 natural gas rate at $9.55/MCF.
(2) If the year 2001 gas supply and transportation cost is $4.50/MCF, then the rate shall be $0.30/MCF minus $0.35/MCF, or a total of $0.05/MCF decrease, making the year 2001 natural gas rate at $9.05/MCF.
(C) The reconnection fee for restoring of natural gas service shall be $10.
(D) The meter deposit for natural gas service to each location shall be $50.

(E) The tap on fee for tapping onto the natural gas distribution system outside the city limits is $250.

(F) Customers of natural gas service shall be disconnected if their account is not paid in full nine days following the date of the delinquent notice mailed to the customer.
