§ 52.01  OWNERS OF DUMPSTERS TO KEEP AREA FREE FROM TRASH AND DEBRIS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person or entity within the corporate limits of the city to dispose of rubbish, trash, weeds or any other debris in the dumpster of another.
