At the time the Zoning Inspector issues any permit under this chapter, a fee of five dollars ($5.00) shall be charged to the applicant(s). Upon the receipt of the five dollars ($5.00) permit fee, the Zoning Inspector shall give a copy of the permit to the applicant(s) and shall record the original along with the application with the Clerk of the Village for public record.
