1317.01 PRELIMINARY PLAT; GENERAL.

The subdivider shall prepare a preliminary plat for presentation to the Planning Commission. It shall conform to the minimum requirements of these regulations and shall include the land in question and any other adjacent land partially or fully owned or under option to the applicant, notwithstanding that all of said land may never be platted.
