1373.01 PURPOSE.

The purpose of this chapter is to ensure that the processes by which the ordinance is effectuated have been clearly identified and delineated. This Section outlines the duties and powers of the Board of Zoning Appeals, the zoning permit process, the appeals process, and other enforcement related provisions.
