(a) The following activities shall not be considered as accessory to a principal residential use and shall be prohibited:
(1) Storage outside of a substantially enclosed structure, for a period of more than three (3) months, of any motor vehicle that is either unlicensed or not operational.
(2) Storage in front of the front building or setback line of travel or utility trailers, either motorized or intended for towing.
(3) Unscreened construction equipment, including, but not limited to backhoes and front-end loaders.
(4) Unscreened over-the-road tractor-trailers and semi's.
(b) At no time shall trailers or camping and recreational equipment, including recreational vehicles, be occupied or used for living, sleeping, or housekeeping purposes while being temporarily or permanently parked or stored on a residential property. Recreational vehicles may not be hooked up to utilities while parked or stored within the City, except for within designated campgrounds.
