(a) The following shall be uses permitted by right:

(2) Agritourism Enterprise

(3) Amusement and Recreation Center

(4) Bus and Transit Shelter

(5) Cemetery/Mausoleum

(6) Essential Utilities and Equipment

(7) Farm

(8) Greenhouse, Noncommercial

(9) Group Residential Facility

(10) Group Residential Home

(11) Park

(12) Private Club

(13) Recreation, Public

(14) Urban Agriculture

(15) Wireless Telecommunications Facility

(16) Wireless Telecommunications Facility, Small
