A person who violates this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and may be punished by a fine of not more than $1,000, by incarceration of not more than 90 days, or both. Each day a person maintains a residence in violation of this chapter constitutes a separate violation. Additionally, the city may seek a court order to enjoin any person in \iolation of this chapter from taking any prohibited action hereunder.
