§ 30.37 DISBURSEMENTS OF CITY FUND; SIGNATURES ON CHECKS.
   The City Clerk and Mayor shall sign all checks. In the absence of one or both of the Mayor and City Clerk, the City Council shall in its discretion direct that all checks be signed or countersigned by some other person.
