§ 151.135 ZONING ADMINISTRATOR.

The Zoning Administrator shall administer and enforce this chapter. If the Zoning Administrator finds a violation of the provisions of this chapter, the Zoning Administrator shall notify the person responsible for such violation in accordance with the procedures stated in this chapter concerning enforcement, violations and penalties.
