The flood plain areas within the jurisdiction of the city are hereby divided into three districts: Floodway District (FW), Flood Fringe District (FF), and Le Sueur Creek District (LSC).
(A) Floodway District. The Floodway District shall include those areas designated as floodway on the flood insurance rate map panels adopted in § 151.016.
(B) Flood Fringe District. The Flood Fringe District shall include those areas designated as Zone AE on the flood insurance rate map panels adopted in § 151.016 that are located outside the Floodway District, with the exception noted for Le Sueur Creek in division (C), below.
(C) Le Sueur Creek District. The Le Sueur Creek District shall include those areas upstream of the Chicago & Northwestern Railroad designated as Zone AE for Le Sueur Creek and those unnumbered A zones for Le Sueur Creek and Forest Prairie Creek, all as shown on flood insurance rate map panel 110 of 435 adopted in § 151.016.
