There is hereby adopted by the City Council that certain code known as the International Property Maintenance Code prepared and published by the International Code Council, Inc. At least one official copy of the International Property Maintenance Code shall remain on file in the office of the City Clerk and shall be available for public inspection and use during all regular business hours. The International Property Maintenance Code is hereby incorporated in and made a part of this subchapter as though fully set forth herein and the International Property Maintenance Code as it may be amended from time to time shall be known and may be cited as the Property Maintenance Code.
