§ 150.04 CONSTRUCTION PERMITS TO CONTAIN CERTAIN INFORMATION WHICH CONSTITUTES PUBLIC RECORD; POSTING OF PERMITS.

(A) Every construction permit shall specify therein the name and address of the applicant therefor, and the general contractor thereon if there be one. This information shall be filed in the issuing officer’s office and shall be a matter of public record and available to any interested person during all regular business hours.

(B) All construction permits shall be posted in a conspicuous and accessible place at the premises or site of construction.
