§ 99.99 PENALTY.

Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and may be sentenced accordingly. Each day the violation is committed or permitted to continue, shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable.
