§ 99.09 ENFORCEMENT.
   (A)   The Park Superintendent and the city police shall, in connection with their duties, diligently enforce the provisions of this subchapter.
   (B)   The Park Superintendent and the city police shall have the authority to eject from the park any person acting in violation of this subchapter.
   (C)   The Park Superintendent and the city police shall have the authority to seize and confiscate any property, thing or device in a park used in violation of this subchapter.
