It shall be unlawful to own or possess a dangerous dog within the city limits which has not been registered with the county pursuant to M.S. § 347.51 as it may be amended from time to time. The owner of the dangerous dog must also comply with the city’s registration and licensing requirements set forth in this subchapter.
