§ 74.08 APPLICATION OF TRAFFIC LAWS.

Every person operating a motorized golf cart pursuant to this chapter and who has been issued a permit for operating the vehicle has all of the rights and duties applicable to a driver of any other vehicle pursuant to the state highway traffic laws and regulation except when those provisions cannot reasonably be applied to motorized golf carts.
