(A) It is unlawful for any person to leave a motor vehicle unattended while the engine is running.
(B) It is unlawful for any reason to leave a motor vehicle unattended with the key in the ignition.
(C) No person shall park a vehicle upon any roadway for the purpose of:
(1) Displaying the vehicle for sale.
(2) Washing, greasing, repairing or maintaining the vehicle except repairs and/or maintenance necessitated by emergency.
