Where angle parking has been established by a Council resolution and it is allowed as shown by curb marking or sign-posting, or both, every vehicle stopped or parked shall be at an angle or approximately 45 to 60 degrees with the front wheel touching the curb and within any parking lines painted at the curb or street; provided that the front wheel not touching the curb shall be the portion of the vehicle furthest in the direction of one-way traffic; and it is unlawful to park in violation of this section.
