The following sections of M.S. Chapter 169, as it may be amended from time to time, this chapter being commonly designated as the Highway Traffic Regulation Act, are hereby adopted by the City Council and are incorporated herein and made a part of this subchapter as fully as though they were set out herein verbatim, and they shall be in full force and effect within the city, the sections being: M.S. §§ 169.01.1; 169.05 to 169.75, inclusive; 169.80 to 169.84, inclusive; and 169.91 to 169.93, inclusive, as they may be amended from time to time.
