§ 151.102 PRIVATE ON-SITE WATER SUPPLY, INDIVIDUAL SEWAGE TREATMENT SYSTEMS, AND OTHER SERVICE FACILITIES.

Private facilities shall be subject to applicable provisions detailed in § 151.101. In addition, new or replacement on-site sewage treatment systems are to be located to avoid impairment to them or contamination from them during times of flooding, shall not be located in a designated floodway, and are subject to the provisions in Minnesota Rules, parts 7080.2270.
