§ 31.13 PERSONNEL POLICIES.
   (A)   The Town Council hereby adopts the town’s Personnel Policy Handbook dated January 27, 2012 and the policies contained therein as the town’s policies relating to the employees of the town.
   (B)   The Town Manager shall have the authority to administer these policies and to interpret or clarify these policies as needed.
