(A) Notwithstanding other enforcement provisions specifically set forth in the code of ordinances, the Town Community Resource Officer may issue citations for violations of ordinances as authorized by the law enforcement services agreement between the town and the County Sheriff.
(B) All citations issued under proper authority by the Town Community Resource Officer may be adjudicated and enforced in the City Court of New Haven, Indiana, or any other court of competent jurisdiction.
(C) Enforcement by citation shall be an alternative to any specific enforcement provisions set forth in any specific ordinance or otherwise set forth in this code.
