§ 30.47 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   APPOINTED MEMBER. The member of a Town Election Board who is also the Town Chairperson of a major political party appointed under I.C. 3-8-5-3.
