The definitions contained in this subchapter shall be observed and applied in the interpretation of all sections in this chapter, except where the context clearly indicates otherwise. Words used in the present tense shall include the future; words used in the singular number shall include the plural and the plural the singular; words used in the masculine gender shall include the feminine.
