§ 111.05 MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS.
   (A)   Fencing. Ground mounted accessory equipment and support structures shall be secured and enclosed with a fence not less than eight feet in height.
   (B)   Abandonment and removal. If a support structure is abandoned, and it remains abandoned for a period in excess of 12 consecutive months, the town may require that such support structure be removed only after first providing written notice to the owner of the support structure (or to the owner of the property if the owner of the support structure can no longer be identified or reached) and giving the owner the opportunity to take such action as may be necessary to rebut the presumption that the support structure is abandoned within 30 days of receipt of said written notice. In the event the owner of the support structure fails to rebut the presumption that the support structure is abandoned within the 30-day period, the owner of the support structure shall be required to remove the same within six months thereafter. Failure by the owner to remove the structure within the six-month deadline, shall entitle the town to seek a court order authorizing the town to remove the structure and to recover its costs and attorney's fees for obtaining the court order and removing the support structure.
   (C)   Multiple uses on a single parcel or lot. Telecommunications facilities and support structures may be located on a parcel containing another principal use on the same site or may be the principal use itself.
