   The Allen County Multi-Hazard Mitigation Plan, dated October 2017, as prepared by the POLIS Center at IOPUI and as approved by the Allen County Commissioners and the City of Fort Wayne, is adopted in its entirety and incorporated by reference as if fully set forth herein.
