§ 92.16 ADMINISTRATION.
   It shall be the responsibility of the Town Manager, or his or her designee, to administer this subchapter. The Town Manager may delegate to any other town employee or agent the authority to make environmental public nuisance inspections and to issue complaints and notices as provided in this subchapter.
