(A) The town hereby adopts the Internal Control Policy attached to Ord. 2016-05 as Exhibit “A” by reference and incorporates as part of this code of ordinances as fully as if set out at length herein.
(B) The Clerk-Treasurer is directed to ensure that all personnel receive training concerning the internal control procedures adopted and approved herein prior to June 30, 2016.
(C) The town of hereby adopts a materiality threshold of $500 for purposes of the internal control procedures adopted and approved herein.
