§ 34.08 SOLID WASTE SERVICES FUND.
   (A)   The Town Council hereby creates a Solid Waste Services Fund that shall be used solely for the purpose of depositing fees as itemized and charged on the town’s established stormwater utility bill.
   (B)   Furthermore, the Clerk-Treasurer is hereby authorized to make payment against the balance of the Fund for any claim made by the solid waste services provider for contracted services rendered. Payment may be in advance of Town Council approval pursuant to the provisions of I.C. 36-5-4-12 and shall be included on the next line-item voucher form that is submitted to the Town Council for approval.
   (C)   (1)   Any balance in the Fund not expended for, or committed to, the purpose of satisfying the provisions of the contract with the solid waste services provider shall remain in the Fund and shall be reported to the Town Council within 30 days following the expiration of the previous year’s contract date.
      (2)   The Town Council may at this time resolve to transfer such balance into the town’s General Fund.
