§ 34.06 FREEDOM FESTIVAL DONATIONS FUND.

(B) All donations received by the town for the Freedom Festival or the 5K Freedom Run shall be deposited into the Fund. All such money may be used to pay expenses of the Freedom Festival and/or 5K Freedom Run for 2012 or for any subsequent year.
