(A) Funds.
(1) There is hereby established the town’s LOIT Special Distribution Fund, No. 257.
(2) There is hereby established the town’s Park Pavilion Fire Insurance Proceeds Fund, No. 480.
(B) Revenue sources for the funds.
(1) The exclusive revenue source for the LOIT Special Distribution Fund, No. 257, shall be the restricted portion of the special distribution received from the County Auditor.
(2) The exclusive revenue source for the Park Pavilion Fire Insurance Proceeds Fund, No. 480, shall be the monies received from the town’s insurance carrier to cover the cost of damage to the park pavilion and the personal property contained therein.
