§ 34.03 FUND 263 RAINY DAY RESTRICTED-MVH FOR MVH TRANSFERS.
   (A)   Fund. There is hereby established the town’s Fund 236 Rainy Day Restricted-MVH for MVH Transfers.
   (B)   Distributions from the Fund. The Fund is restricted to matching grant money from the INDOT Local Road and Bridge Matching Grant Fund for local road projects.
   (C)   Transfer of money into the Fund. The Town Council hereby authorizes the Clerk-Treasurer to transfer $125,000 of existing MVH money into the Fund 236 Rainy Day Restricted-MVH for MVH Transfers.
