§ 34.02 COIT/LIT PUBLIC SAFETY DISTRIBUTION FUND.
   (A)   Fund. There is hereby established the town’s COIT/LIT Public Safety Fund No. 249.
   (B)   Revenue sources for the Fund. The revenue source for the COIT/LIT Public Safety Fund, shall be/include the COIT/LIT Public Safety distributions from the County Auditor.
   (C)   Distributions from the Fund. The town may only withdraw money from the Fund for law enforcement expenses or any other public safety expense as defined by I.C. 6-3.5-6-31(a).
   (D)   Transfer of money into the Fund. The Town Council hereby authorizes the Clerk-Treasurer to transfer $12,127.28 from the General Fund into the COIT/LIT Public Safety Fund.
