116.01 PURPOSE.

The purpose of this chapter is to provide rules and regulations for the care and management of the cemetery grounds owned and operated by the City of Le Mars. As used herein, the term “cemetery” refers to Resthaven Memory Gardens and Memorial Cemetery.
