A. Days And Hours Established:
1. It shall be unlawful to sell or offer for sale at retail, or to give away, in or upon any licensed premises, any alcoholic liquor except between the hours of:
a. Seven o'clock (7:00) A.M. to two o'clock (2:00) A.M. the following morning on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
b. Twelve o'clock (12:00) noon to eleven o'clock (11:00) P.M. on Sunday.
2. Said places of business shall close at six o'clock (6:00) P.M. on December 24 each year and not open again for business until the hour of six o'clock (6:00) P.M. on the following day.
3. Said places of business may remain open until three o'clock (3:00) A.M. on January 1.
B. Interpretation Of Time: Standard time or daylight savings time, whichever is in effect, shall control hours above mentioned. (Ord. 87-1, 4-7-1987, eff. 4-7-1987)
C. Presence On Premises During Prohibited Hours: The only persons allowed on premises from closing hours to opening hours shall be the owner or manager and actual persons cleaning up. (Ord. 87-1, 4-7-1987, eff. 4-7-1987; amd. 2003 Code)
