A. Class A License: The total number of class A licenses issued and in force at any one time in any year shall not exceed four (4) until the total population of the village reaches the number one thousand five hundred (1,500), and thereafter, not more than one class A license shall be issued and in force at any one time in any year for each seven hundred fifty (750) or major fraction of seven hundred fifty (750) of such population.
B. Class B License: The total number of class B licenses issued and in force at any one time in any year shall not exceed four (4) until the total population of the village reaches the number one thousand five hundred (1,500), and thereafter, not more than one class B license shall be issued and in force at any one time in any year for each seven hundred fifty (750) or major fraction of seven hundred fifty (750) of such population.
C. Class C License: The total number of class C licenses issued and in force at any one time in any year shall not exceed four (4) until the total population of the village reaches the number of one thousand five hundred (1,500), and thereafter, not more than one class C license shall be issued and in force at any one time in any year for each seven hundred fifty (750) or major fraction of seven hundred fifty (750) of such population.
D. Class D License: The total number of class D licenses issued and in force during any one calendar year period shall not exceed twelve (12) until the total population of the village reaches the number one thousand five hundred (1,500), and thereafter, not more than six (6) class D licenses shall be issued and in force during any one calendar year period for each seven hundred fifty (750) or major fraction of seven hundred fifty (750) of such population.
