4-1-4: LICENSE REQUIRED; CLASSIFICATION AND FEES:
No person shall sell either at retail or wholesale, or have in his possession and offer for sale, alcoholic liquor within the corporate limits of the village without having first obtained a license so to do as provided by this chapter, and paid to the village clerk the license fee for such license, which license shall be designated and classified as follows: (Ord. 93-4, 3-2-1993; amd. 2003 Code)
   A.   Class A, Retail License: The annual license fee for a class A license for the sale of alcoholic liquors, to be consumed either on or off the premises, shall be the sum of four hundred dollars ($400.00), payable in advance.
   B.   Class B, Package Liquor Store License: The annual license fee for a class B license for the sale of alcoholic liquors on the premises but not for consumption on the premises shall be the sum of three hundred dollars ($300.00), payable in advance.
   C.   Class C, Restaurant License: The annual license fee for a class C license for the sale of alcoholic liquors, to be consumed on the premises, in a restaurant, shall be the sum of four hundred dollars ($400.00), payable in advance. (Ord. 93-4, 3-2-1993)
   D.   Class D, Day License: The fee for a class D license for the retail sale of alcoholic liquor for consumption only on the premises where sold, and not for resale in any form, to be issued for temporary stands, booths and counters such as used at picnics, celebrations, play days, and the like, shall be twenty five dollars ($25.00) per day, payable in advance. A class D license shall be available solely to not for profit corporations, religious corporations, or charitable organizations, and each class D license shall be issued for a period of one day.
