4-1-3: COUNCIL AUTHORITY TO LIMIT CLASSES AND NUMBERS:
The village council shall have the right and power to limit the number of licenses of each class to be issued within the corporate limits of the village, and may also limit the number of each class in any locality or in any section or portion of the village in accordance with the public interest. (Ord. 87-1, 4-7-1987, eff. 4-7-1987)
