4-1-1: PURPOSE:

This chapter shall be construed to the end that the health, safety and welfare of the people of the village shall be protected and temperance in the consumption of alcoholic liquors shall be fostered and promoted. (Ord. 87-1, 4-7-1987, eff. 4-7-1987)
