A person found to be in violation of this chapter shall be subject to a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each offense. Each day that a violation continues shall be deemed to be a separate offense. The village may also seek a court order to abate the nuisance. The person or persons responsible for such nuisance shall be liable for the village’s costs in seeking abatement to include attorney fees. (Ord. 09-19, 12-3-2019)
