11-1-3: JURISDICTION:
The following territory shall be subject to the provisions of this title:
   A.   That territory located within the corporate limits of the village; and
   B.   That contiguous territory located in LaSalle County lying outside of the corporate limits and within one and one-half (11/2) miles of the corporate limits of the village, as indicated on the official mile and one-half (11/2) zoning map. (Ord. 92-09, 4-14-1992)
