A. Obstructions Generally: It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to cause, create or maintain any obstruction of any street, alley, sidewalk or other public way, except as may be specifically authorized by ordinance or by the commissioner of streets and public improvements. (1966 Code § 7.108)
B. Obstructing Drains: It shall be unlawful to obstruct any drain in any public street or alley. (1966 Code § 7.113)
C. Obstructing View At Corners: It shall be unlawful to construct or maintain or permit to remain any fence or other structure, or any bushes or other plants, on a corner lot within fifty feet (50') of the street line, which obstructs the view, at a height of more than five feet (5') above the level of the adjacent street pavement. (1966 Code § 7.121)
