7-1-6: CLINGING TO VEHICLES:
It shall be unlawful for any person riding a bicycle, motorcycle, or any toy vehicle on any street to cling to or attach himself or his vehicle to any moving vehicle. (1966 Code § 8.325; amd. 2003 Code)
