5-1-1: CEMETERIES:

It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to establish a cemetery within the village limits or within one and one-half (11/2) miles thereof. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to bury any person within the village limits or within one and one-half (11/2) miles thereof except in an established cemetery. (1966 Code § 14.306; amd. 2003 Code)
